Bobby Saenz, OD

Roberto “Bobby” Saenz. O.D., M.S., F.A.A.O., graduated summa cum laude from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, TX with a degree in biochemistry. He then graduated summa cum laude with a dual OD/MS degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. He completed a residency in refractive surgery and ocular disease at the prestigious Eye Center of Texas. Dr. Saenz is passionate about service and has participated in many medical mission trips to underserved countries including Panama, Mexico, and Costa Rica. He has been the program coordinator for the Parkhurst NuVision residency program since 2020. He is the current President of the Bexar County Optometric Society. Dr. Saenz is board certified under the American Board of Optometry and an adjunct assistant clinical professor at University of Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry and instructor for KMK educational services. Dr. Saenz was named the 2019 KMK Optometry Newcomer of the Year.
